I did this one using my "Irish Party" kit from last year - Get Your Shamrocks Off. It's held up pretty well, I must say. And of course I'm partial to Garv.

Celtic Celebrations, tutorial by Jessica

I've been a bit of a slacker about getting this one up, but Jessica did a fabulous job using my Celtic Celebration taggers kit. I had just gotten this tube from David Saavard as well, as it's friggin' awesome!
